2 bedroom apartment (bedroom available is unfurnished), the rest of the apartment has everything you need. Positioned a 15 min walk to Coogee Beach and short walk to Randwick junction. The bedroom fits a queen bed, has built in wardrobes and the building has a shared outdoor pool.
You would be living with a 34 y/o Scottish girl who has been here long term. I work from home Monday- Friday, live a relatively chilled life, going to the beach, gym, hanging out with friends. Would be a quiet home, happy to go out for the odd dinner/ drink but also respect own space.
