The house stays beautifully cool in summer thanks to its thick walls and has a stunning garden with an amazing swimming pool. There’s an outdoor table with chairs for meals or working outside, as well as sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun.
The location is excellent. We’re just one block from the UNSW light rail stop and around a 7 minute walk to local shops including Coles, Woolworths and Harris Farm. Coogee Beach is approximately a 30 minute walk away.
There are great cafés nearby, and if you enjoy running or walking, Centennial Park is only a 10 minute walk from the house.
