Description of the home

A large private room (22 sqm) is becoming available in our spacious and unique flat in the heart of Randwick. The room is fully furnished, but if you want to bring your own that’s also fine. The rent is 450$ p/w (all bills included).

The flat has a huge lounge area with various relaxation, entertainment, and exercise options (see pictures). We also have a large, well-equipped kitchen and access to a huge backyard. There is one shared bathroom, as well as 2 separate shower rooms (so you can have your own).
We are not a party house, but friends are welcome to visit, and the occasional gathering is ok.
Bikes can be parked securely and indoors in our private street entrance. There is free residential car-parking nearby.

Location: 5-min walk from Randwick Junction (supermarkets, shops, gyms, restaurants, etc), with easy access to a dozen different buses (city/beaches/bondi junction/etc), as well as the light rail. UNSW, Centennial park, and Queens park are all ~15 min walk away. Coogee beach is 10 mins by bus/bike or a 20 min walk.

About us: I’m a 35 year-old professional, working in medical science. I’m a big fan of the ocean and love swimming, beach volleyball, and heading out with friends (speak; Eng/Deu/Esp). My housemate Luke is 28, friendly, mechanical engineer, and currently overseas until at least Easter (possibly longer).
