Occupants Description
By lifestyle choice (and possibly past life identity), I am essentially the Little Mermaid/Ursula—if she had rent to pay. I take my swimming very seriously and will happily disappear for regular ocean dips whenever possible. Living near the water is less of a preference and more of a personality trait at this point having also grown up on the North Coast.
I also have a soft spot for Centennial Parklands—perfect for strolls, picnics, or just eating cheese on the grass in the afternoon. Balance is key, so alongside a solid belly laugh (ideally over something mildly inappropriate), I do appreciate a bit of Sunday zen to reset for the week ahead.
In short: friendly, easygoing, equal parts social and chill, and always up for a laugh—but also respectful of shared space and downtime. If you like a home that feels relaxed, warm, and occasionally filled with laughter (and maybe the faint smell of saltwater), we’ll get along just fine.
