Sunny apartment with heaps of morning light, in a really great spot - just a short walk to Frenchmans road shops and about a 5min drive to both Coogee and Clovelly.
I’ve been here for just over two years and really love the place. My previous flatmate has recently moved out, so I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing to share the home with.
I’ll be adding a proper dining table, lounge, TV cabinet and TV on 31/05 to complete the space.
You’re also welcome to be added to the lease if you’d prefer.
