Bright, spacious two-bedroom apartment in a fantastic Randwick location! It’s around a 10-minute walk to Coogee Beach and Royal Randwick Shopping Centre (Woolworths, Coles, cafés, gyms and the light rail), with CBD buses just a few minutes away.

The apartment has a sunny balcony, internal laundry with a washing machine, covered off-street parking and a separate storage room/garage. I’m currently furnishing the living areas, so it’ll be a really cosy, modern space to come home to.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly, respectful and tidy, enjoys a relaxed home environment, and is happy to have a chat or coffee now and then while also respecting each other’s space.
