About the occupants
ABOUT US: We're THREE friendly, tidy, courteous housemates looking for someone like-minded who wants to share this beautiful home with us.

We are a registered nurse, a professional pasta chef, and a marketing assistant.

We are looking to replace our fourth housemate, who is moving into her own place.

We're pretty independent and happy to do our own thing. We are houseproud and the main thing for us is living in a peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable. We're very considerate of our housemates and respectful of each others belongings and space, and enjoy coming home and having a chat over the occasional glass(es) of vino. We have a pretty good sense of humour and think it’s important that everyone gets along really well.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone who wants to call our place home. This is NOT a party house and will suit someone who is professional, clean and tidy.

Minimum 6-month term. Rental history and employment references would be great, if available.
