Mid Sized Garden Studio available in our large Social terrace across the road from Central Station and Prince Alfred Park.

The first comes furnished with a Double bed, clothes rack and a desk. It’s $340pw plus $35pw for bills, so $375pw altogether. The room is also available for two people for an extra $100pw, altogether $475pw. The room is avail now.

The rest of the house is very modern with a large kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and a large outdoor area.

The other flat mates are; Andrea (27) from Sydney works in project management, Peter (28) from US works in marketing, Anothony (21) from Singapore student, Ally (34) from Sydney works in admin and Kelvin (23) from Sydney, works at Sydney Airport.

Please keep in mind that this is a fairly large house with 8 bedrooms in total and 8 flatmates.
