Light and bright with expansive balcony and modern open plan kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and fan oven. Leading onto the open plan kitchen is the open bright lounge / dining room. Carpeted with access to the wrap around balcony.

The European style laundry in the hall is available for you to use at your pleasure within the apartment. Including ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer. Drying racks are also provided to use when required. We try not to use the dryer if we can help it to take care of the environment and the bills!

Hey I’m jonny, 38 year old restaurant manager who has lived in Australia for the past 15 years. I’m British originally, having moved here on a trip around the world, but never left! I currently work in hospitality in the east of Sydney, which means I’m not actually in the apartment that much. I work til about 10/11 pm 5 nights . I live with one 10 year old cat, bob who , once warmed to you, love attention. when I am not around.

I’m looking for a single person to join me as my next flatmate . I like a quiet house so ideally somone who is not a party animal that’s for sure. It’s a very quiet apartment block, and my late nights mean I like to be able to sleep when I do get home. I would love to live with somone who like to socialise over a glass of wine , but if they would rather stay to them selves that’s fine too. A love of animals is highly important as my cat is a little timid at first, but love people who love them. He can be very affectionate!
Description of pets
Bob is a 10 year old tabby cat who spend his time relaxing anywhere he pleases! If you leave your door open he may take up residence in your bed- be warned! Though he is used to not being allowed in there so if that’s not your thing just keep the door closed! He can be timid at first but once the ice has been broken then he will sit on your lap and ask for pats.
