Situated on the leafy, beautiful Pitt Street in Redfern, this recently renovated three bedroom house in a lovely, secure complex has a room up for grabs.

Only a short stroll to Redfern train station, Prince Alfred Park, Central Station and multiple brunch spots, cafes, shops and bars.

Our home is split into four floors. The first is our basement, complete with a private, locked, one car garage which may be free to use if you have a car. Level one features a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining, powder room and outdoor courtyard.

Level two has the first two bedrooms, laundry and huge bathroom complete with shower and spa bath which will be shared with one other housemate.

Level four has the third and last bedroom. Level four is your future bedroom! About the occupants
You will be living with two peeps in their 30s. Anna works shift work in healthcare and enjoys cooking and general merriment. Yohanne is a creative Brazilian soul who and has a penchant for music and the outdoors. We are both friendly and enjoy a chat 😊

The third and final housemate is of the fluffy, three legged variety - Anna's geriatric bunny, Mr Mad Bob Flopps. Bob or Bobby for short. The occasional feeding of the housemascot would be soooo appreciated, but not obligatory
Compatible people
We are looking for a friendly person (preferably female, but looking for a good fit for the house) or couple who are friendly, clean and tidy, preferably in their late 20's- late 30's. We will need the lucky person/s to go on lease. So, we are looking for someone who would like to live with us for 12 months minimum. We are a friendly house, friends and guests are welcome. Yohanne and I respect personal space but do enjoy a good chat and hanging out on the couch.
