2 Furnished Rooms avail in a large social terrace 5 min walk from Central Station.

The first room comes furnished with a Double bed, clothes rack, set of drawers and a desk. It's $365pw, plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $400pw altogether. It's also available to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. It's available 21st March.

The house is on one of the best streets in Redfern. It’s a culdesac, so there is no through traffic.

The house features a large lounge room and kitchen, an outside area with clothes line and table and chairs.

There are also two modern bathrooms, one with an indoor laundry.

Bills include unlimited wifi, gas, electricity and water.

We are quite a friendly house and enjoy hanging out at the house when we are around. There are 5 housemates altogether.

We are currently Hana (29) from Japan, works at Sydney Uni, Lee (27) from China Student and myself, (28) from Sydney, I work in media.

Bills and expenses

Bills are an additional $25pw and include; wifi, gas, electricity and water. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week for an additional $10pw.
