ROOM AVAILABLE – REDFERN TERRACE – FROM 1st June

Hey everyone!

We’ve got a room available in our 3-bedroom Redfern terrace starting Sunday 1st June, and we’re looking for a lovely human (mid 20s to mid 30s) to move in!

It is the smaller room in the house (I have a double bed and a desk in there as pictured and up for sale). But it also has HEAPS of storage (walk in robe, with loft compartment that you can technically put your mattress on to create more space).

This is a queer-friendly, pet-friendly, and generally good-vibes home. We’re not a party house, but we do love the occasional dinner party or spontaneous debrief on the couch.

We might be doing a reshuffle of furniture, so if you have stuff feel free to bring it :)

• 20 sec to Redfern Park
• 45 sec to Woolies
• 8 min to Redfern Station
• 15 min to Central
• 12 min bus to the CBD
• 15 min walk to Crown St, Surry Hills
• Shared Spaces:
• Cosy lounge with gas heater, aircon, and large TV
• Dining area
• Kitchen with new oven + stovetop, dishwasher
• Medium-sized, leafy private courtyard
• 1 bathroom (shared)
• Washing machine in bathroom (also a plant jungle)

About Us:
Tamlin (33) – Marketing whiz, storyteller, festival-goer, passionate home cook, tolerates Mitch’s love of silence.
Eric (28,) – He'll be your american boy! Works at Barry's and all round sweetie.
