Description of the home

Mid Sized Furnished Room with AC avail in Awesome modern terrace just a few minutes walk from Central and Redfern Station.

The room is mid sized and comes furnished with a Double Bed, Wardrobe and a Desk. It also comes furnished with a bar fridge, microwave and kettle. It's $315pw plus $35pw for bills, so $350pw altogether. It’s also avail to two people for an extra $100pw, or $450pw altogether. The room is available 11th Oct.

The rest of the house is very modern with three toilets a modern kitchen, a dining room and an outside area with undercover bike storage.

The other flatmates are a mix of Aussies, people on WHV and students. We are currently Sam (Aussie, 23) student, Yusuke (Japan 24) works in hospitality, Anabel (France 31) works in Fashion, Rhonal (India 34) works in Finance and Samara (Turkey 23) student, James (UK 27) works in hospitality and Angus (Aus 30) works as a carpenter.

Please keep in mind this is a large social terrace with 10 rooms and four bathrooms, it is quite social, but it is not a party house.

Bills and expenses

Bills are an extra $35pw and includes unlimited NBN with 5G backup, gas and electricity. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a week to do the common areas.
