Large Furnished Room available in our Large Social Terrace just five min walk from Central Station.

The room comes furnished with a Queen Bed, wardrobe, couch and a desk. It also features a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and a large 60 inch Smart TV. It's $415pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner who comes twice a week, so $450pw altogether. It’s also avail to two people for an extra $100pw, or $550pw altogether. The room is available 22nd Dec.

The rest of the house is very modern with three toilets a modern kitchen, a dining room and an outside area with undercover bike storage.

The other flatmates are a mix of Aussies, people on WHV and students. We are currently Sam (Aussie, 23) student, Yusuke (Japan 24) works in hospitality, Anabel (France 31) works in Fashion, Rhonal (India 34) works in Finance and Samara (Turkey 23) student.

Please keep in mind this is a large social terrace with 10 rooms and four bathrooms, it is quite social, but it is not a party house.
