The apartment is modern and light-filled with timber floors, city views and a fresh layout. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and stone benchtops, separate laundry, large balcony and shared rooftop with city views. The master bedroom with ensuite is available (slightly higher rate).
Bills (electricity, gas, internet) are split evenly and fully transparent. Cleaning and laundry products can be shared if you like.
Location-wise, you’re walking distance to Surry Hills, Danks Street, East Village and Green Square Station. Everything you need is downstairs — Coles, cafes, pizza, wine shop — plus great transport and easy access to the CBD and beaches.
