I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share this beautiful north-facing apartment in Waterloo.

I value a calm, respectful and drama-free home. Open communication is important to me — especially around shared spaces and having guests over. No sneaking people in; just simple heads-up conversations so everyone feels comfortable.

This home would suit someone independent, motivated and with their own routine outside the apartment. If you’re home most of the time or not working toward something, it probably won’t be the right fit. I’m looking for someone who has drive and enjoys their own space but is easy to live with.

The apartment is modern and light-filled with timber floors, city views and a fresh layout. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and stone benchtops, separate laundry, large balcony and shared rooftop with city views. The master bedroom with ensuite is available (slightly higher rate).

Bills (electricity, gas, internet) are split evenly and fully transparent. Cleaning and laundry products can be shared if you like.

Location-wise, you’re walking distance to Surry Hills, Danks Street, East Village and Green Square Station. Everything you need is downstairs — Coles, cafes, pizza, wine shop — plus great transport and easy access to the CBD and beaches.
