Hi There !
Me and Ana are looking for a new flatemate to share house with.
Our beloved three rooms apartment is conveniently located at a four minutes walking distance from Redfern Station near the vibrant Redfern Street.
The unit is a homey space that has a large open kitchen fully equipped with a oven, a microwave, a large fridge and a dishwasher machine. The kitchen faces a large living area with a big table, a large couch, a 43 inch TV and fast WiFi (included in the cost). The flat is also provided with a lovely balcony for us to relax and enjoy our meals with plenty of natural light coming in. We also have a small laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a basin.
The Rooms come with a big wardrobe, a Double Bed with a comfortable mattress and a bedside table.
The occupants of these rooms will share the bathroom which has a shower and a bathtub.
The building is literally 4 min from Redfern station and max 7 min walking from central. Redfern is a vibrant suburb which you will love straight away, full of bars and alternative restaurants as well as parks ( Prince Alfred Park is just 2 min walking and offers swimming pools, tennis, basketball..). Gym and yoga are just few steps away as well as delicious healthy breakfasts.
The rules of the house are: no wild parties, be respectful to others and keep the place clean and tidy, share chores and clean on a weekly basis. Occasional social dinners and glasses of wine are more than welcome!

I have a long house sharing experience here in Australia with different type of people from across the world. I’m an open minded, clean, tidy, polite and no drama sort of person who likes socialising, having an occasional dinner, a drink or a chat with my Flatemates, but I’m also respectful of others space and privacy. I love cooking and setting a nice table for my guests. I play guitar in a band and sometimes you’ll see me disappearing in my room practicing...but no worries I’ll be wearing headphones : ).

I appreciate they are at the same time able to genuinely interact with others, but also respect of space and privacy.
I’m happy to take care of the cleaning of the common areas as long as my flatemates actively participate keeping the house clean and tidy and help me getting rid of the trash and the recycling weekly.
