I have a beautiful 4 bedroom duplex with a brand new outside entertaining area with pool and spa. Located in Revesby it has open plan living area downstairs with a 75 inch TV, 2.5 bathrooms, polished wooden floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. It has ducted airconditioning and ceiling fans, washing machine and dryer, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. Off street parking and a few mins walk to bus stops. All furniture and appliances are < 2 yrs old. I am the only person living there and only looking for one tenant. The other 2 bedrooms are my office and a guest bedroom.

I have an 2.5 yr old Aussie Bulldog called Bruce who is shy when first meeting people but loves them once he knows them. He loves to play and go to the dog park. He is clean and well behaved with other dogs (of all sizes).
