This apartment is in one of the best locations in Rhodes, with shops and the train station just a 5-minute walk away. The highlight of the unit is its stunning waterfront location — step outside and you’re directly on the famous Rhodes waterfront walk, a popular shared pathway stretching along the Parramatta River.

The apartment is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a large balcony that extends across the unit with direct waterfront views. The living area is open and generous in size, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with essentials including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a separate laundry with both a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment complex is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, with friendly neighbours who generally keep to themselves. The apartment is fully furnished and has ducted air conditioning throughout. There is also plenty of street parking available nearby.

Your room offers beautiful water views and includes access to a private balcony area. The room itself is very spacious and currently fits a king-size bed comfortably with plenty of additional space to move around. The bed can remain if needed or be removed if you have your own furniture.

You will also have your own private bathroom located adjacent to the room, along with a separate study area nearby — ideal for working from home or studying. The bedroom also features a large mirrored built-in wardrobe with ample storage space.

Move-in date is flexible between 29 June and 6 July.

The current lease ends in June, with the new lease beginning on 6 July 2026. Ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full lease term, or at minimum 6 months.
