Bills and expenses
Electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the weekly rent, subject to a fair-use limit of $2,700 per quarter for the whole house. If the combined bills go above this amount, only the excess amount will be split equally between all approved occupants on a per-person basis.

I’m pretty easygoing, respectful and like to keep the house clean and comfortable. During the week I’m usually working, going to the gym, cooking, watching sport or relaxing at home. On weekends, I’m usually catching up with friends or family, working out, watching sports, or just taking it easy.
