Place includes under-cover garage parking, yard, study, big built-in closets, bathroom with bath-tub, close to buses and train stations- Narwee and Riverwood (address is in Riverwood with Aus Post, but for some reason it comes up as Punchbowl on Google Maps), wi-fi, water and TV streaming services on living room TV included (Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, Disney+, Foxtel)
I currently sleep in the master bedroom (realised I didnt take a photo of this one) and have used the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom (included in photos), but am happy to swap - negotiable.
