Home is mostly furnished, you just need a bed. Available mid December. For long term rental.

This is a great unit which is why when my current flatmates planned to leave, I took over the lease. Top floor unit with large balcony and massive private roof top area. The view are very nice and gets the nice ocean breeze. Photos of the room and bathroom will come by the weekend once my flatmates have left.

Unit is in a secure building inside a secure complex. Secure garage parking is available if needed. Their is also plenty of secure visitor parking.
The unit is a 5 minute walk to train station and 5 minute walk to Rockdale shopping centre, which has a Woolies, an Aldi and a Big W.
The complex has a pool, spa, sauna and a small gym.
Unit has NBN 100/40 included in the price.
