We are offering a private room in a large and spacious apartment located in the heart of Rockdale, NSW. The apartment has an excellent location, only a 5-minute walk to Rockdale Train Station and Rockdale Plaza, where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and everything you need for daily convenience.
The apartment is also very well connected, with only a 30-minute train ride to Sydney CBD.
The property is modern, comfortable, and very spacious, featuring great common areas, a large balcony with a beautiful suburban view, a generous living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry area is separate and includes everything needed, with plenty of space throughout the apartment.

We are a Colombian couple, both 25 years old and international students currently living in the apartment. We are friendly, respectful, clean, and easygoing people who enjoy a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
Most of the time we are either working or studying, so the apartment is usually very calm and quiet. We like to keep shared spaces clean and organized, and we value mutual respect and good communication.
Even though we enjoy tranquility, we are not boring at all — we are social, approachable, and enjoy a good atmosphere at home.
