Very sunny light filled 2 bedroom apartment in small block of 4. Great location short walk to Rose Bay Harbour Beach, walk to stunning ocean side cliff walk, 30 minutes walk to North Bondi, 1 minute to bus stop, 1 minute to gym. 3 minutes to Harris Farm, cafes etc… sweet shared garden with BBQ. Great friendly neighbours. The room available is medium size with a built in wardrobe and comfortable double bed, small set of drawers. You will be sharing the apartment with me. I work and run a hiking group in Sydney. Home is a peaceful sanctuary with most socialising done outside. I look after a cute little dog sometimes.
