Apartment has STUNNNG harbour bridge views from the balcony with hours of sunshine - perfect for an afternoon glass of wine whilst appreciating the best view in Sydney! (The photos here don't do it justice).

Rose Bay Beach is a 30 sec walk away via a private back gate. You will also have access to two kayaks too.

Room is furnished as is the rest of the apartment. The room is small but has a double and a side table as seen in image. There is heaps of bedroom storage.

Fantastic transport links to the city (via a gorgeous ferry ride or regular bus) and Bondi Junction. Rose Bay village is a 2 min stroll away which has shops, a Woolworth, coffee shops and gyms.

• Apartment is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen if you like to cook (perfect for someone that’s new to Sydney as you won’t need to buy anything – just move straight in).

Ideally looking for someone long term who can be added to the lease alongside mine name.

Sharing with me - a mid 40's professional female and my spaniel. I work in PR in the arts. Working in the city most days, along with a couple of working from home days here and there. I'm socialable but considerate of other people's space and down time. Love to cook, so I'm happy to share meals now and again.

No couples sorry and you must be comfortable sharing an apartment which has a dog. My spaniel is 10 years old and very quiet.

I'm looking for a quiet and respectful housemate. Someone who doesn't work/study from home every day, but some days is fine.
