Hello!

I currently live in a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a giant kitchen/living space. The property looks out onto the rose bay golf course. 🏌️‍♀️

You will be living with me and my 4 year old cat Chilli. Chilli is a very cuddly but also playful little girl, someone who has lived with/loves cats would be ideal. 🐱 (move in date is also negotiable)

I am a 33 year old graphic designer that works between the office and home. So would be looking for someone of similar circumstances. ❤️

The apartment is fully furnished minus your own bedroom, however you are more than welcome to discuss bringing in other items.

Our street is a 3 minute walk to the rose bay ferry and bus stop, so would be perfect for someone who works in the city. There is also unlimited all day parking just 1 minute walk at the end of the street.
