Looking for a peaceful, character-filled space in the heart of Rose Bay? This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath (full tub for bubble baths!) Art Deco apartment offers comfort, space, and community — the perfect place to call home.
About the Apartment:
A beautifully laid-out apartment — spacious enough so you’ll never feel on top of each other. Enjoy both front and back outdoor areas, ideal for soaking up the sun or sharing a coffee!!.
We’re in a friendly block of four units with a huge shared backyard and a truly special community vibe. One reason I can not let this place go!! The neighbors are incredible — we all get along, hang out, and support each other. Among us are two dogs, a cat, and a magical baby who’s so calm she needs a documentary made about her. I don’t get it!!
About the Room:
The available room is unfurnished, but I’m happy to arrange a queen bed if needed. Ideal for someone looking for a 3+ month stay — move-in is flexible within the next few weeks. June 20th my current roomie technically moves out but if you need earlier we can make that work.
Location, Location, Location:
Just 2 seconds (literally!) from a direct bus to Bondi Junction
Ferry nearby for scenic city trips
and Sunday fun days.
A short stroll to Rose Bay shops, Harris Farm, Coles, and the water
Easy, stress-free street parking. Always found a spot!
Extras:
Open to pets (non-shedding breeds preferred)
No drugs, not a party scene — but we do have one epic annual block party in our giant backyard!
