Full privacy balcony and common areas... you are not looking at other apartments or balconies as we are higher than the other buildings.

Downstairs is a supermarket, Sushi train, bottleshop, Subway, burger shop, cafe, chemist and our own pool. There is also a bus out front directly to the city every 5 mins in peak hour. Within a 5 min walk is Aldi, The Cannery, a pub, cafes (multiple) and buses to Coogee beach/Randwick/Newtown/Mascot, Crust Pizza and many fashion shops. Green Square train station, public library and a weekly Saturday market is about a ten min walk.

Would be great to have someone in the room from the start of June through to early/mid September when we return from Europe.

The other room has a lovely Dutch couple.

Bills and expenses

Electricity & gas are now split (we have had people take advantage before). Internet and Netflix are included. $10-$15 a week /person.

About the occupants
In the second room we have Roan who is from Europe and working over in Mascot Monday to Friday. He is very chill and a nice guy.

Currently it is myself and my girlfriend in one room. We are both in our 30s and Kristel works nearby in childcare. I run a tourism business so I find myself working from home on the sunny balcony, down at the Cannery or up the road at the library a fair bit but also go to fun areas around Sydney running day tours.

My girlfriend and I are heading overseas on a long holiday hence our room being available. On our return we would be willing to offer to stay with us however we would want the main room back
