Lovely shared house with room available from April 9 (Women only) and ideally someone who can commit for 6 months or longer but open to discussion with whatever suits the candidate

Cozy home ideally located just one train stop away from Central Station being extremely convenient for anyone working or studying in the city. Beautiful urban location surrounded by cafes and recreational institutions (yoga/pilates studio, fashion outlets, food places, local gyms, all nearby). Only 15 minute drive away from Sydney's Coogee beach and home located conveniently within walking distance of Woolworths, IGA, Aldi.

Spacious shared living area, large well-equipped kitchen with a variety of utilities, Two bathrooms within the house and a smaller toilet in the garage. Each tenant has their own private room, is a 4 bedroom house with 4 girls (including new candidate). The room itself comes unfurnished (with the exception of a bed which does come with the room) however the house is already furnished.

Weekly rent is $470 (Bedroom 1) and $420 pw (Bedroom 2), (all bills included in room price: gas, electricity, water, wifi)

All of us in the house our in our twenties and are either working or pursuing our studies, in a friendly and supportive environment.
