We have three very affectionate cats (Luca, Dalmie & Mango) that have been with us since 2020.
We’re chill, homely, and enjoy a good movie night, gaming, beach days, travel, music, family time and the occasional social outing on the weekend.
We do like to party (sometimes), just not at home. Our place is for unwinding, recharging, and being smothered by cats.
We are both professional full-time workers and between the two of us, at least one of us is usually working from home on any given weekday.
We expect common areas to be kept clean and tidy and our tenant to understand the importance of deep cleaning their own bathroom - keeping free from mould.
A cat lover (non-negotiable, the cats run this place).
Enjoys a peaceful, welcoming home rather than hosting ragers every weekend, this isn’t a place where we invite external people in that often.

We have a vaccum that goes around automatically at 5pm everyday collecting pet fur, we keep the apartment free from dust and fur.
You will also be sharing your bathroom with the cats, we use expensive litter that traps odor and we clean this daily.
