Description of the Home;
A room is available for rent in a clean, tidy, and newly renovated 6-bedroom house. The home is currently occupied by myself and five other female tenants, creating a friendly and respectful shared living environment.
The house features a spacious shared kitchen with two large fridge-freezers, a laundry with washing machines and a dryer, and two comfortable lounge areas with TVs offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more.
The bathroom is shared with the existing female tenants. As this is shared accommodation, all housemates are expected to help keep the home clean and tidy at all times.
Inspections are welcome, preferably on weekends. 😊

Landlord:
Male, 44, business owner. I am rarely home as my business is based in Gosford. I only visit occasionally to check that everything is running smoothly and that everyone is comfortable.
Room 1:
Two young students (18 and 19) from India. They are easy-going, well-mannered, clean, friendly, and respectful. They keep to themselves, maintain their space well, and usually only cook once a week.
Room 2:
A 35-year-old Australian woman. She is rarely home, friendly, independent, and drama-free. She keeps to herself and is a considerate housemate.
Room 3:
Two Indian women aged between 21 and 25. They are hardworking, friendly, clean, and well-organised. They cook occasionally and are respectful of shared spaces.
Room 4:
A woman in her late 20s from Pakistan. She is laid-back, friendly, tidy, and enjoys spending time in nature.
Room 5:
A 30-year-old woman from southern Sri Lanka. Her boyfriend visits occasionally. She is respectful, well-mannered, clean, and considerate, and generally keeps to herself.
About the House:
Although there may be up to eight people living here, including myself, it certainly doesn't feel crowded. The house is quiet and peaceful around 90% of the time, as most tenants work, study, or spend a lot of time away from home.
Everyone is hardworking, respectful, and values a clean and comfortable living environment. We enjoy the occasional meal or gathering together and have created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We're like one big family and would love to find someone who will fit in, enjoy socialising from time to time, and become part of our household.
We are looking for a clean, respectful, easy-going person who appreciates shared living and will help maintain the positive environment we have created. 😊
