Very good inner West location with excellent public transport links-- 5 minutes to Town Hall by bus (500x, 504, 505). Close to Balmain, Pyrmont, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, etc. Great amenities nearby the house, including Woollies, IGA, plus lots of lovely independent thrift stores, coffee shops and bakeries. There's also Rozelle Markets every Saturday, which is fun to attend! Anytime Fitness and others gyms are 3 minutes walk down the road.

Hey, I'm Lou. I'm leaving Sydney in 2 weeks and am looking for a single flatmate to take over my room in a share house in beautiful, trendy Rozelle!!

The house is a great bunch of working professionals & students from all over the world. The other flatmates are amazing-- really kind, polite and welcoming. We like to have dinner together and share a drink in the evening a couple of times a week, but if you like to keep yourself to yourself that's totally fine too.
Your new room is upstairs on the second floor, where it's nice and quiet & away from the main road. You'll have a single bed, desk, TV, wardrobe rack and shelving unit. It's fully furnished, no need to bring anything but yourself :)
Other stuff to include:
- Fortnightly cleaner
- All bills included
- Washing and drying facilities outside
- Paperwork & repairs all sorted by a property company, who're quick to respond to household problems.
If you've never been to Rozelle before... it's a fantastic place to live, you have a tonne amenities on your doorstep, including Woolies, IGA, coffee shops, opp shops, bakeries, cheap restaurants, a lovely library, gym... etc. I absolutely loved living here and so will you.
The only thing to note is that this is a single room. So no couples! Otherwise, please send me a message and we can arrange an inspection.

We're a happy, friendly house of people of all ages and backgrounds. It's a good place to make friends if you're new to the area too. Looking for a single person, who's respectful of others and their privacy, this *isn't* a party house, it's a home with a relaxed atmosphere, which is kept clean and tidy by the people who live here. It's important that you're on board with shared responsibilities of cleaning.
