Hi! I am looking for someone to take my friend’s room as she is moving in with her partner. Move in date is first week of June.

📍 Location: The apartment is in Rushcutters Bay, about 10 mins walk from Kings Cross station, a 1-minute walk to the park and tucked away in a quiet leafy street.

💰 Cost: $425 per week excluding bills

🏡 Apartment: It’s a beautiful place to live with an open floor plan, wooden floorboards, and a balcony that wraps around. Your room has direct access to the balcony and fits a queen-sized bed and desk. The wardrobe in the photo is included.

🚗 Parking: There’s a small secured car park lower ground level

You’ll be living with me, Taylor, who works as a design manager for a drinks company. I am super easy to live with, tidy and respectful. I love coffee, reading books, Italian food and red wine. I work in the city and WFH around 1 day a week. My boyfriend (Peter) stays at the flat every other week and is easy to get along with.

Looking for someone long-term who is friendly, easy-going, tidy and respectful. Ideally, someone who is happy to have their own space but also keen to socialise over housemate dinners, wine, sports etc.
