Hey there! I'm looking for a chill, respectful and reliable flatmate to share my cozy 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom with its private bathroom, fully furnished gets plenty of natural light and good vibes is ready for someone awesome (maybe you?) to move in!

My current roomie is moving back to Germany so the room's up for rent. It comes with brand new queen bed, armchair and night lamp, work/study space, bookshelf and built in wardrobe. You'll also have access to a comfy living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Rent is $490 per week excluding bills (we split utilities evenly - they're relatively cheap around $20 weekly altoghether)

The apartment is brand new located in a safe and luxury neighbourhood, easy access to punlic transport, 3 min walk to train, 5 min to ferry and buses.
