There are two rooms currently available that have use of front and back private gardens ~ gated at each end . BBQ available and Bali Style Gazebo with seating. I have a garden/ studio available for rent and a large room inside the main house .Off street parking sometimes available but parking in the street is very safe.

Single level californian bungalow style house at Sans Souci in Sydneys South. Close to public transport- bus stop close to home that is a short bus ride to kogarah or Rockdale train station for easy transport to the city.
The beach is a 12 minute walk.
The airport is close .
Many shops and cafes close by and the Intersection Hotel for food and bar drinks.
Nice local vibe.
Kogarah Bay and Park is at the bottom of my street. Nice location and great area for walking and cycling
