The house is situated on a cul-de-sac with spectacular 180 degree views of middle harbour over 2 storeys.

The house is a short walk to shops and Manly⁄City bus routes and comprises of 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, huge deck, garden, plenty of street parking, no permits required.

Top level has 3 bedrooms, lounge & bathroom - occupied by a young family.

Second level has 4 large bedrooms, lounge & dining room with harbour views, kitchen, laundry and bathroom with separate toilet - currently two other people on this level.
