Description of the home
1. Calm Homestay environment. Would suit single students or full time workers.
2. Big backyard and off street parking.
3. 5kw split air conditioning in kitchen, which cools whole house down during summer and warms in winter. Also has gas heating.
4. It's walking distance to Seven Hills train station, bus, Blacktown Hospital and shopping centre. Bus 702 goes directly to these train stations, which is a 2 minute walk. There is a 630 or 611 bus, which goes directly to Macquarie University (30 minutes).
5. We have fast internet, which is included. We are not TV watchers; we tend to stream in our rooms.
6. There are two shared bathrooms; one has a bath/shower combo and the other has a shower/laundry.
7. There is a large shared kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking.
The room would suit hospital workers needing close access to Blacktown or Westmead hospital, and those who need a calm and quiet space for resting.

We have a friendly cat, who comes in occasionally. None of us smoke or drink alcohol, but we don't judge anyone who likes a drink. We've all got a good sense of humour.
