4. Walking distance to Seven Hills train station, bus, Blacktown Hospital and shopping centre. Bus 702 goes directly to these train stations, which is a 2 minute walk. There is a 630 or 611 bus, which goes directly to Macquarie University (30 minutes).
5. Fast internet, which is included.
6. Two shared bathrooms; one has a bath/shower combo and the other has a shower/laundry.
7. Large shared kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking.
The room would suit hospital workers needing close access to Blacktown or Westmead hospital, and those who need a calm and quiet space for resting.
