How would you like to wake up, make a coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean? Live in a beautiful Sydney waterfront house with 5 other wonderful people!
The house has 180 degree views of the Pacific - a breezy balcony, lovely large garden and its own private cliff! 🙂 We are right on the water. Relax in the lounge looking out over the ocean watching the whales go by during migration season, eat every night with a sea view, heck you can even wash up looking out across the ocean!
The mansion (and it is!) is located exactly between Coogee and Maroubra at the start of the second part of the Coogee-Maroubra Coastal walk. They say it's South Coogee.
Rent is $435 p/week
All bills are included in the rent - internet, water, gas, Netflix, fortnightly cleaner, and communal house bits like washing up liquid, olive oil, toilet paper and paper towels, etc.
The housemates are in thirties to forties - Anne, Dallas, Mitch, Carl and Fiona. A mix of Australian, British and Canadian ( We're excited to meet new people from all around the world)!
We are in construction, education, lifeguarding and insurance- all super friendly, caring, tidy, fun, active, healthy people.
We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, down to earth, fun, respectful, easy going, who will make an effort to keep everything nice whilst having a good time. A sense of humour is a must and similar interests would be great but not at all essential. We work hard and play hard. Love our sport, exercise, surfing, yoga, running, and play often, love socialising, cooking good food, BBQs, wine, beers, bars, cafes, movie nights, long walks on the beach... you know, the usual 🙂
