The apartment is right next to beautiful coastal walk trails, perfect for anyone who enjoys nature, walking or exercising by the ocean.
It has been well looked after by previous tenants, and we continue to do our best to keep the place clean, cozy and comfortable.

We are a couple from Japan and Sri Lanka.

Yuki is from Japan and currently juggling three jobs. She enjoys travelling, exercising and meditation.
Tharsan is from Sri Lanka, working as a panel beater while also studying at TAFE to gain further qualifications. He’s interested in art and is very handy when it comes to fixing things.

We’re friendly and enjoy chatting, but we also respect personal space and value a peaceful home.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is hoping to stay long term ( 6 months ~), as we value stability and a relaxed living environment.

That said, we’re also open to considering shorter stays for the right person, if you’re respectful, responsible and a good fit for the household.

We’re mainly looking for a female flatmate who is respectful, considerate and clean, with similar hygiene standards.
House rules are important to us — for example, the apartment is shoes-free.
