My home is a sensational 2 bedroom unit in South Coogee on the top floor of a small building of 5 units in South Coogee. It is very bright, quiet, spacious, clean, toilet is separated from the bathroom, surrounded by trees, including a backyard and a veggie patch, it has a renovated kitchen, the rooms are very spacious. It's the ideal location: next to the ocean and 1min from public transport.

Plenty of free street parking and a covered one. It is a really lovely home and superb location.

30 secs from the ocean, 1min walk from public transport and 10min walk to Coogee Beach with all cafes, shops, great atmosphere, etc. 25-30min from CBD
