Description of the home

It is situated at the front of the house and contains a mobile clothes cupboard (open) and a television wall bracket. No other furnishings are supplied.
The bedroom window overlooks the street and a park with trees aligning its perimeter. Our street is very quiet with few cars passing by. A quality roller shutter is fitted to the outside of the window, controlled by a winder in the room.
The landlord has recently repainted the interior and laid new flooring.
You need to clean up after yourself, the rest of the housework is done by others, you only need to keep your room clean. The garden also is maintained by others.
There is a petrol station and a small set of shops 8 minutes’ walk and 12 minutes to Southlands shopping centre.
Our house is well lit, tidy, and cleaned weekly.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, oven and stovetop, microwave, plenty of cupboard space and benches. Pots and pans, plates etc are supplied.
The small laundry has a front loading, 7kg clothes washer, you need to supply your own washing powder etc. There is no drier. A clothesline is situated in the backyard.
Free WIFI is available.
All bills included in rent unless they become excessive when the excess will be shared. (That hasn’t happened yet but must be noted.)
The backyard is large with trees at the back fence and a vege-patch at one side. There is a garage, but it has limited space for storage.
