YOUR BEDROOM: One bedroom is available in this three bedroom unit. Built-in-wardrobe, aircon and ensuite with a bath! The room is unfurnished, and will easily fit a queen bed and desk if needed. The rest of the house is furnished.

LIVING: The huge living and dining area and large adjacent balcony are filled with natural light.

AREA: Conveniently close to the CBD, but nestled away from the main highway. An easy 5 minute walk to St Leonard’s train station and the Pacific Highway’s stream of busses. Some super boujee cafes and restaurants within the awesome St Leonard’s dining and shopping precinct. Three great supermarkets and an equipped kitchen to match (incl. dishwasher).

OTHER: Flexible on whether or not we keep the internet which is $26/month each. Electricity is no more than $40/month each. Parking space available if needed.

Existing housemates are Gemma and Nick who are here living our best lives in St Leonards, so join us!
Gemma is a teacher in the Northern Beaches and Nick is a forensic accountant in the CBD. We enjoy brunching, gyming, and socialising and have our own friendship networks.

Often out and about on the weekend and busy during the week, but always keen for a post-work day debrief and Gogglebox session. Clean and respectful - all the essentials for shared living. Not housemates in our rooms all the time, but also considerate of your space and privacy.

Gemma is 29 and originally from the Blue Mountains and Nick is 30 and from Adelaide, but we've moved to St Leonards and never looked back! Our current housemate is moving overseas; love that for her. Look forward to meeting you soon and welcoming you to St Leonards!
