Big family home with 4 bedrooms, a sun/plant room and a big yard! Fully set up kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge room, just BYO bedroom furniture.
Nice quiet street, only 8 mins walk to the train and bus station and 4 mins from the main street with cafes, bakeries and stores.
Up for rent is the main bedroom, which has built-ins and ceiling fan, currently has a double bed, futon and bedsides which can remain or removed if you have your own furniture.
An additional space if needed is also available, that can be used as an office, craft room or chill space, whatever works.
Unlimited NBN and Electricity included. AC in the main shared spaces.
Sharing house and garden cleaning jobs between each other is important.

Super chill and a bit of a homebody. Happy watching a great show or sharing a cheeky wine with a housemate, but just as happy hiding out in my room. Big fan of open communication, and appreciate that in a housemate - home not hostel vibes.
When I'm not at work, you can find me crafting or building something. I do occasionally take over the dining table to work on a sewing project or build lego.
Teddy - Teddy is a 5 year old German Shepherd. He loves cuddles, hates the post man and has more toys than most toddlers. A housemate may on the rare occasion need to give him his dinner or make sure he has been out for a toilet break.
He can be a bit anxious with new people, so any potential housemates will meet me first and if we're a good fit can then meet Teddy.
Happy to share meals/cooking and groceries or have these separate.
