Medium-sized Room in Beautiful Stanmore!

My flatmate is moving on with his study Visa, leaving vacant a lovely medium-sized room in this sunlit 2-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 3-story building, and looks over a leafy primary school yard.

It is a quick 5 minute walk to Stanmore station, and a 15 minute walk to a myriad of cafes and restaurants in Enmore and Newtown.

The living room opens out into a beautiful sunlit balcony, where there are plants I have not managed to kill yet.

The kitchen is big, and leads into a separate laundry, where there is a washing machine, a dryer (which I hardly every use) and storage space for towels and sheets.

Downstairs there is a lock-up garage with loads of storage space.

The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, and currently fits; a Queen sized bed, a 2-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a large desk with an office chair, and a desk lamp.

Bills and expenses

NBN internet split evenly and costs approx $12/wk, and electricity costs approx $13/wk. bills are pay as you go, so total $25/wk in addition to the weekly rent.
