Our freshly painted house is centrally located, quiet, leafy and close to everything — Stanmore Station is just a 2-minute walk away, with shops, cafés, and essentials moments from the door.

We’re two housemates looking for someone to move into the third bedroom of our chilled, comfortable home. Our current housemate is moving interstate to be with her partner. Move-in date is flexible for the right person.

Hi! We’re Charly and Kailen, living in a long-term, established and steady share home. Our third housemate of over a year is moving out, so we’re looking for someone who fits the relaxed, respectful feel of the place.

Charly (41):
Enjoys arts, culture and chill-out time. Has a science and statistics background. Occasionally enjoys fixing various items, or just taking them apart to see how they work. Socially aware, can hold and enjoys conversation, but equally comfortable to chill quietly in others presence or whilst enjoying some music or a tv series/film. Home on and off during the week.

Kailen (34):
Enjoys enjoys sports — golf, darts, table tennis, and the occasional poker night with mates in our hangout garage space. Friendly, considerate, respectful and clean. Likes a beer, a chat, and also values downtime. Splits his work week between the office and from home (in his bedroom). He's an outdoor smoker, but very considerate about it and generally chills in the garage space.

We’re both social in a relaxed way — happy to hang out when we’re around, but also enjoy our own space and are respective to each others rhythms. We keep the house tidy, communicate openly, and value a calm, harmonious environment. Friends or family staying occasionally is totally fine, and partners are welcome as long as it’s not more than half the week.
