The available room is a spacious semi-furnished bedroom featuring a double bed, bedside table, built-in double wardrobe, work desk suitable for working from home, and reverse-cycle air conditioning and a portable fan.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get more convenient. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk to Strathfield Station and 1 minute to Strathfield Plaza, which includes Woolworths and a wide range of shops and restaurants. There is also an abundance of cafés nearby, as well as Korean and boutique grocery stores within easy walking distance.
Two boutique gyms located approximately 5 minutes away offering reformer Pilates; with one of them with adjoining tennis courts for those who enjoy staying active.

I’m a government professional who works primarily from home and am looking for a mature, full-time working professional to share my apartment.
I have two very loved indoor cats, so being a genuine and committed animal lover is essential. This isn’t just a pet-friendly home, the cats are family and their wellbeing is as important as ours.
This is a peaceful, well-maintained home. I’m looking for someone who naturally keeps shared spaces clean and tidy, contributes equally to household upkeep, and replaces shared essentials without needing reminders. Shared household items such as cleaning products and paper goods are split evenly.
I value a calm, respectful home where we can communicate openly and sort things out easily if something comes up.
Occasional guests are absolutely fine, however this isn’t suited to frequent overnight stays or effectively an additional person living here.
Out of respect for my personal values, beef is not to be cooked in the home.
