A professional cleaner cleans each bedroom and all common areas every fortnight.

💰 Cleaning fee: $50 per room per fortnight
Equivalent to $25 per week, paid separately.

📜 Terms

💰 Bond: $1,000
📅 Minimum stay: 1 month
🗓️ Four weeks’ notice required before moving out
🚭 No smoking indoors — balcony smoking is permitted
🚫 No drugs or pets
🔇 No parties or excessive noise; quiet hours begin at 10 pm
