We have a *huge top-floor room available* in our relaxed and friendly share house in *Strathfield, conveniently located close to both **Strathfield and Homebush (5 to 8 minute walk)*.

This is a spacious *2-storey brick home* with loads of indoor and outdoor living space, a fantastic backyard setup and a friendly, easy-going household.

We’re looking for a *single person or couple* who would like to become part of a happy, respectful share house — rather than simply renting a bedroom.

🐶 *IMPORTANT – DO YOU ENJOY THE COMPANY OF DOGGOS!*

We run a dog walking, daycare and hosting business, so there are friendly pooches staying from time to time or visiting the house.

For a genuine dog lover, this can be one of the best parts of living here as there are regulars and newbies too! 🐕❤️
