The second room comes furnished with a Double Bed, wardrobe, and desk. It's $315pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $350pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $450pw altogether. The room is available now.

The third room comes furnished with a Double Bed, wardrobe, and desk and features a large smart TV. It's $340pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $375pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $475pw altogether. The room is available now.

The house also features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

We are all professionals, but are quite social and enjoy catching up when we are around.

We are currently: James (24 works in hospitality from UK) Gio 26 from Spain works in IT, Cristian 32 from Mexico works in graphic design and Antoine from Italy 27 works in IT. There are five rooms and 5 people altogether.
