Large Furnished Room with 70 inch smart TV, avail in a little big terrace just 5 min from Oxford St and Central Station.

The room comes furnished with a Double Bed, Wardrobe large TV and a desk. It's $415pw plus $35pw for bills, so $450pw altogether. The room is also avail to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $550pw altogether. The room is available 5th Jan and we will be holding inspections from 20th Dec.

The house also features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

We are all professionals, but are quite social and enjoy catching up when we are around.

We are currently: James (24 works in hospitality from UK) Gio 26 from Spain works in IT, Michael 32 from UK works in graphic design and Michael from NZ, 27 works in IT. There are five rooms and 5 people altogether.
