You’ll be in the thick of it—steps from some of Sydney’s best cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to Central Station, the light Rail, Crown St, Oxford St, Moore Park, and Centennial Park.

A generously sized bedroom ( equipped with or without a Queen Bed), built-in wardrobes and your own private bathroom. Winning!

🌈 The Vibe:
You’ll be living with a fabulous lesbian and the Lady of the Manor Miss Wolfie . We’re social but also value a relaxed, respectful home. This isn’t a party house, but we do love the occasional wine, tunes, and a living room boogie.

Total Bills approx. $180 each per month pending on aircon/heating usage. ( I usually budget for $50 per week )
BOND: 2 Weeks Rent
When moving out you will be responsible for getting a end of lease clean for the room + bathroom inc carpet cleaned.
