Two Small Furnished Rooms available in our large social terrace very close to Central Station and Prince Alfred Park (with pool, tennis and basketball courts).

The second room is also quite small and comes furnished with a King Single Bed, Desk and a wardrobe. It's $240pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $275pw altogether. It’s avail 15th May.

There is also a large lounge room, modern kitchen and bathroom and fast NBN Wifi with 5G backup.

We are a solid crew at the moment who all enjoy living together. The flatmates are; Graeme (31) from Scotland, works as a Chef. Quentin (24) from France, artist. Majella (27) from Sydney works in hospitality and Tom, 23 from UK works in AI.
