Cosy Victorian house looking for flatmates. Plenty of Street Parking and convenient short walk to lightrail (2 minutes), bus stops walkable to both Redfern & Central station. Food options aplenty along Crown Street & Cleveland Street and a 2 minute walk to the brand new Surry Hills Village with Coles & Harris Farm just available at your doorstep.

I am a finance professional that works from home half the time in the study room. The rooms are on a small to medium size so it may suit someone who works out of the home most of the days. We pride respecting each others privacy and well being as important but yet having a social element in the common areas.

Looking for 2 potential clean & respectful flatmates who are happy to share household chores and follow house rules in our safe house, 2 rooms available ($400) in a 4 bedroom house in Surry Hills.

Maximum total 3 people in the 2 storey house (not suitable for couples) sharing 1.5 bathrooms. Note room has a double bed, side table and furnished as it is (fully furnished). The room upstairs has a small study table.

Looking for minimum 6 months lease (preferably) but open to negotiate for the right person.

Light cookers preferred in this homely terrace house, not a party house but a sanctuary for our souls.
